6" chef knife O1 convex

My 6" chef knife. This one is of 1/8" O1 steel and has a full height convex grind. Super sharp! The handle scales are burlap micarta from Shadetree, pinned with white fiberglass. I us mustard to patina the blade so its less likely to stain when cutting acidic foods. As usual shipping is free to US cities. SOLD
