Hello everybody!
It's been a while since the last time I did a chef knife, been a blast making this one!
Steel: 26c3
Handle: Brass bolsters and ebony.
Dimensions:
Overall lenght: 32 cm - 12.59''
Blade lenght:18 cm - 7.08''
Blade widght: 4.5 cm - 1.77''
Blade thickness: 3 mm - 0.118''
Handle lenght: 12 cm - 4.72''
The blade is differentially heat treated. Handrubbed and etched to reveal the hamon. For anyone wondering, the tang goes all the way through and the last inch is threaded. The pommel was threaded and then pinned, it's not going anywhere. The choil and the spine are rounded.
