Hi all,
I've got a great knife up for sale here today. It's a Kiritsuke in CPM S35VN. The blade is 7.5" long which a great all around length. It has a Japanese Wa style handle made of beautiful Snakewood with a African Blackwood ferrule. It's super light in hand and the balance point is at the front of the ferrule.
SPECS:
OAL: 13.5" (340mm)
BLADE: 7.5" (190mm) long, 1.875" (48mm) heel height. It has been hand finished to 600grit. The grind is hybrid full flat/convex which is down to 0.008" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.10" (2.5mm) CPM S35VN stainless steel heat treated to RC61.
HANDLE: Snakewood with African Blackwood ferrule and black and natural micarta spacers and black micarta pin.
