Hi Folks
The first of two new kitchen knives just off the bench...
A short Nakiri that is also tall... a cross between a Nakiri and a Chinese cleaver. With 7 inches of fine AEB-L stainless steel and a fine geometry... this medium-duty all-rounder will do just about anything in the kitchen. This one has a western handle with some sculpting. Stabilized Black palm with carbon fibre pins - made to last a lifetime!
- Blade thickness: at handle - 2.3mm (0.09")
- Blade length: 176mm (6.92")
- Overall length: 315mm (12.4")
- Blade height (at heel): 59mm (2.32")
- Weight: 208g (7.3oz)
- Balance point: front of handle/choil
- Handle material: Stabilized Black Palm with paper Micarta bolster and carbon fibre pins. Vulcanized fibre liner.
