8" Chef {SOLD}

I just finished up a knife show yesterday, and I have several knives immediately available for sale.
This is a new design for me. It has a very ergonomic handle, and great balance. The handle is absolutely stellar stabilized curly Koa, the figure and chatoyance are fantastic!!
The blade is clay quenched 1095 and has a really nice hamon.

OAL - 12 7/8"
Blade - 8"
Steel - .125" 1095
Handle - AAAA stabilized curly Koa hand finished to 2500 grit
Pins - carbon fiber
Features - Tapered tang, polished hamon
