Hello everyone! This is my first post in a while, just haven't got around to finishing stuff with my school schedule interfering a lot with my work. Anyways I have here a matching set of a 3-1/2" paring knife along with its big brother a 8" Western Gyuto style blade. Looking to let these both go at the same time so no parting unless they don't sell within 2-3 weeks I will allow them to be taken individually. Both blades have a mirror finish on the spines and the spines are also rounded for comfort, blade edges are ground to near zero and then the secondary bevel of 20 degrees is applied. The blade grind on both is a partial flat grind on the lower end of the blade but top end of the blade is a flat surface. It's hard to explain but its kind of like a "wedge" shaped grind, its not noticeable since I blend the grind. Lastly, on the Gyuto the middle pin is a 1/4" Corby bolt. Both blades come shipped in the wooden knife box shown below that I also personally make myself.

A little disclaimer here, but on the Gyuto there is a small set of scratches at the tip of the blade on the right side as depicted below. It is hard to tell in the photos but they are there they are not noticeable at all unless you are looking for them but I thought I would mention it to those that are looking for absolute "perfection".
