Generating balisong cash for another project! a few early balisongs you don't see everyday. all prices are OBO, and include insured USPS shipping to the CONUS... If you see something obviously wrong here, please PM me so I can correct it.
1} "SKMTF" over "440 STAINLESS" on one side of the tang, and the other side is stamped "MFG. IN" over "JAPAN. NAT'L" over "HEADQUARTERS" over "U.S.A.". brass liners nickel bolsters with bone like inserts. Kind of a "modified spearpoint" profile (see pics). tang pins are chewed up somehow. The knife still functions well with lockup in the open position only. very rare, but worn. "withdrawn"
2} Ancient Japanese brass balisong. Very unique really old folded brass balisong with "(N?)ASHIRO CO." over "MADE IN JAPAN" stamped on the blade. Very special piece. "withdrawn"
3} Interesting Frost Cutlery dragon/knurled balisong. Mirror finished. "withdrawn"
4} Very old (FHM?) Balisong in very nice condition with carbon steel blade (light polished patina), eagle tang, and nice bone like inserts. This one was from a gun show way back when. It was sitting with a bunch of WW2 era knives, and the old man selling it told me they were from his late Fathers estate. Really enjoyed owning this one, and believe it or not, it flips pretty smooth with very little play. Lockup is perfect too. "withdrawn"
5} Vintage Balisong with ruler measurements on the handles and the word "PATENT" on the tang. brass latch, Very old and significant piece of balisong history here. "withdrawn"
