Action on G10 Dragonfly smoother than on the FRN version?

Have you guys noticed if the action is smoother on the G10 VG 10 version of the dragonfly? I love the lightness of the FRN ZDP 189, but am wanting to try out the G10 version if the action is noticeably smoother (the G10 having washers..I didn’t see any in my FRN). I get that there are other reasons people like the G10 DF despite the step down in steel. For my purposes 1 ounce and change is better than 2, but all things being equal, I have a big preference for a smooth open. Should I lay out the dinero for that G10?
