Benchmade's office is closed for the weekend so could you guys help me out? I've got an 375 Fixed Adamas but the Tek Lok that comes with it can't attach because the screws are too short. Both male and female screws is 1/4", and fit other Kydex sheaths flush like they should. So is the sheath too wide or was the wrong Tek Lok packaged?

Thanks for any input.

Will the posts not quite reach, or is the actual hole positioning off? Sheaths are usually sized to fit either thr large or small Tek-lock, though they can be size for both, I don't think the Adamas is.

I'm a sheath maker, and I've noticed some variance lately in the post lengths I've been receiving with Tek locks (large and small). Take the screws to a hardware store and you should be able to find new screws that'll be just right, probably for under $1. Or, BKC can probably take care of you.

Echoing the OP, I just bought a 375BK and like most everything about it, except throwing in the Tek Lok seems like a disjointed afterthought for Benchmade. The 1/4" screws are too short and the rubber washers too thick to mount it in any reasonable way to the sheath.

Am I'm missing something obvious?

I recently set up a teklok on an adamas. It was the large teklok that was included, and there was long and short screws in the bag, along with rubber washers. I was a little puzzled by the different lengths of screws. Maybe it's if you supply your own teklok? Either way, contact Benchmade, and they'll take care of you. If you're really in a pinch, just throw some paracord on the sheath and put it on your belt.
