Adjusting your clip.

Crk does have the best clip on the market imo for secure carry.

But I still always made the adjustment below. It grabs a little bit tighter on the seam of your pants and prevents the clip from snagging on things near the tip.

Basically I flatten down the tip and the mid-section just a little bit and boy does it make a huge difference. Was is bad to begin with? No, not at all. It's just me.

Can somebody take a picture like below with the stock bend so we can see the difference?

Use a pair of vise grips?

Funny you ask. By hand. I take it off and bend the mid section flat against the corner of a table. Then I attach the clip and bend the entrance point by squeezing the mid section and pressing the entrance point against a flat surface without making any marks.

If that makes no sense you can use snub nose plier's. Just wrap the clip up in a rag or cover it in tape so you don't scratch it.

It's part of the new sebenza process... I've got five and my wife has two smalls we edc.

Fondle for a few minutes and obsess over fit/finish quality issues, open multiple times.
Remove lanyard. Small needs black string looped to prevent rattle, large needs paracord melted in the hole.
The large lanyard process requires breakdown, so clean while your in there. The small has to be opened just for new grease.
Bend clip flatter and slightly reduce the lip. (Hiding it here... slightly polish washers on 1micron strop IF needed)

They are 100% good to go out of the box. I just prefer no lanyard and like to tinker.

Are there differences in bending pattern and clip thickness???? I am nearly 100% sure some of mine came higher up than others. Also, two sure do look thinner than the rest.

One of mine in particular is extra high. Strange. I flattened out one almost like a Boye clip. Some I’ve actually shortened and then bent similar to above. I like the aesthetic of the old style clips but they’re not as secure IMO.
