Hello, this chef knife is fresh of the bench it's a stainless steel AEB-L Nakiri with a stabilized silver cherry burl for the main part of the handle and white Corian for the spacer. The blade was ground to 0.3mm (0.0118) with a chisel grind for right hand users and hand sanded to 1200grit and buffed. The blade is at about 59-60 hrc.
