I just bought a small sebie with African blackwood inlays. This knife is now my #1 edc, and I wonder how to keep in good condition the wood.

Does one of you have any experience with this wood? How can I clean/restore this kind of inlays?

A fairly dense wood such as that really doesnt require a ton of maintanance.
You could use anything from beeswax to tung oil on it if you wanted to, depending on how glossy you want the finish to be , bear in mind though if your going to edc it , the finish wont last forever and IMO that adds character to the knife.
If you use an actual finish such as tung oil , remember that any excess not cleaned off the bolsters etc will dry on it and become messy , so be sure to clean that part off with a towel.
Also if there is already a finish on the wood , another finish is not only unnecessary but will not cure properly.
To finish my reply , I honestly would leave it be aside from an occasional wood oil such as http://www.howardproducts.com/feednwax.htm

An occasional swipe of any furniture polish should work fine. Thats what I use on gunstocks.
