Really proud of this one. It was an exercise in less is more.

Continuing with the new too me sheath style of carbon fiber wrapped Tero Tuf. I have to thank Dan Keffeler for his pointers on the subject.

This is also my first try at a takedown, and it came out quite well in IMHO.

The blade of course CPM 3V, is 7" long and comes to a needle point. The fuchi is orange peel textured copper and the mekugi is titanium. It is balanced perfectly on the copper spacer and is very quick in hand. The sheath has a Polished G10 kurigata that I carved a simple/small cherry blossom on, another first for me.

I look forward to exploring more of this style and construction method.

Thanks for looking!

Crested spine and Distal taper to needle point.

Balanced.

I apparently totally forgot to get an in sheath pic , which is really the money shot. So here is a screen grab for the video.

Now that's the ticket. I really like it and would buy one a little shorter, less pointy.

Thread drift- What's the Traditional Marking \ information on the Tang? A date would be nice.

I've wanted something like that forever.
