Al Mar Sheep (Falcon Classic chop-mod)

Got an Al Mar Falcon Classic a few weeks ago. Tried to like the original spear point blade shape, but found myself yearning for a more sheepsfoot-ish profile once again. Cut off about 1/4" off of both blade and handle, then shaped, sanded and polished.

#Agartha Audio, I like this mod so much I just bought a slightly used Eagle to try to do the same mod to.
Do you have any pointers for me?
Did you add a new pin in the rear?
I'm planning on using a 4x36 grinder, and if possible make a new lanyard hole.
