This is a knock off of a Rolex Milgauss tool watch which was made for technicians who worked in particle accelerators (like CERN). The original (6541) has a Faraday cage around the movement to protect it from magnetic flux up to 1000 Gauss (1000 Webers/m squared). The originals were not hot sellers apparently because technicians were not overcompensated. So the old (c1960) Milgausses are some of the rarest Rolexes around.
