Mine is inbound! Got the Red G10 4V exclusive. I hear it sold out in 2 minutes. 450 knives in 2 minutes!
 
I’ll bite. Don’t have a photo to hand, but I have the original Shaman. It is a really classy, beautifully designed, surprisingly beefy knife. It’s a bit of a masterpiece by Sal Glesser, in my view.

“Approximately” 380 in 90 seconds. They also were available for locals to reserve last Friday and pick up today. Not sure what the exact run was. One of the very few that I’ve missed out on. Hoping for a cruwear!

According to their instagram post, there were 450 available. Their website right before the drop said that there were approximately 380 available which means about 70 picked one up in store. After I had purchased mine and refreshed there were like 120 or 130 something available still. Refreshed - 22, refreshed again - 3, refreshed again gone.

I blame Apple for me not getting one. I have their new card and have used it in a similar situation and everything auto filled, including the three digit pin. This didn’t happen this time for some reason. It doesn’t have any kind of pin like normal cards as it auto generates them for each transaction. I scrambled for another card and FAIL :( You win some, you lose some.
 
As much as I'd like the S90V model, the knife is tiny bit too large and beefy for my casual carry.
Upsets me...
 
Have a shaman coming Saturday, and was able to pre order the micarta/cruwear one from KC a few days ago, though I won’t hold my breath for that one.
 
ScooterG ScooterG other than the Apple Card causing this horrible sequence of events, how do you like it? Was thinking about getting one but am on the fence.

yamsi12 yamsi12 I also got in on the preorder with KC but given their record I give that a 50-50 shot of happening.
 
I have a standard shaman I like everything about it EXCEPT if I'm holding the compression lock when the blade closes all the way my finger gets smacked by the front of the choil.

Minor complaint otherwise I love it
 
I hope to grab the Cruwear/Micarta as my first. I don't really EDC larger knives so it will probably be too large but I still want to try.
 
I got one of the 4v coming . Gonna try to get the cruwear one as well when they drop. This will be my first 4v knife.
 
Don't own a Shaman yet but it's next on the list, hoping Spyderco sell sprint runs direct because being a Vet it's much cheaper for me to buy direct, even if I miss out on the Cru-Wear Shaman, I'll buy the regular G10 and add custom Micarta scales along with a MXG clip.
