Getting very low on the thin 440C! I have enough for one, maybe two more knives after the ones already ordered, then it's gone.
If I see an interest in it I will order more, otherwise it's too pricey to just sit in inventory.

It is sir. Been busy but I'm liking it so far. Great little slicer. Might make it's way into the meat processing rotation. Nice and stabby, easy to get under the fat with it. Trimmed up a brisket using it and it did well.
