The test batch was a decent size but you HOGs couldn't have cared less!!!

You decimated the trough with no regard for your own personal safety or those around you!!!

There were bits of bacon and chunks of smoked pork everywhere!!!

We didn't even have time for a "Last Call" . . . Oops! . . . Sorry about that!

Congrats to all who scored!

Let's Drink!

Jerry😁

She could make a compass needle wiggle with the gravitational wave she creates buffing the Busse's.

Hey Jerry, is this going to be like collecting those encyclopedias at the grocery store when we were kids? how long before we can complete the whole "Alpha Chef" set?

Lets try this~ If I was to build me a butcher block knife holder for displaying on the counter, How many shots should I plan for if you were a betting man?

I missed out but hopefully can score a satin later....

Anyway, I have it on good* authority** there will be:
- 10 inch chef (the Sigma Chef)
- 7 or 8 inch nakiri or santoku
- 6 inch cleaver (1/4" or more thick)
- 5 inch utility
- 3 inch paring
- 10 to 12 inch serrated bread knife
- 10 to 12 inch slicing/carving knife (even though know one actually uses this one especially with the Sigma around)
- there might be steak knives but people usually need like 4 or more so Jerry and Garth are still debating this offering...wait 4 or more, Jerry just won the debate.

* good is very subjective
** the authority is me Jedi mind tricking Jerry

Don’t forget the Alpha Fish filet knife.

I was fast asleep over here in Europe. Congrats to those who scored!

Would be cool to see some more alternatives for the outdoor cooking inclined as well.

What sort of knife are you looking for to do outdoor cooking?

Hmmm . . . That is a good question!

Let me drink about it for a while and I'll get back to you!

Let's Drink!

OK, well, I was drinking, and I did say "shots" instead of "slots" ..... damnit.
Well Jerry, whatcha want to drink? I got everything from moonshine to Knob Creek 6 yr rye, Select Barrel Elijah Craig and Scotch inventory from all the islands. We could work out how many "slots" with how many "shots" It's just simple math 😂

Half a bottle of Octomore should do it.

Ya know, I still have not (had an Octa), but you know I love me some Islay earthiness. It's absolutely an acquired appreciation.
If I thought I could get Jerry Busse Jerry Busse to tell me his plans with a bottle of Octa? hell yea I'd intrude. But only thing that would happen is I'd have to drive home trashed wishing I could rewind the day, being more confused than ever.....and explaining to the wife why I smell like a fireplace.
