An interesting cold steel knife: Cold Steel Custom Spectre

Interesting. I recall a similar locking mechanism on a small CS folder I had, quite close in concept to Spyderco's Compression Lock. Looks like you have a one-of-a-kind.

What really impresses me is the fine details on the blade that are not usually found in cold steel knives. Reminds me of Italian stiletto knives. Of course, the choice of materials is also very interesting.Cold steel generally does not use micarta and titanium.

This is old school Cold Steel...... They made a half dozen or so impeccable folders in the late 80's thru the 90's.
Chip has a few...ill tag him and hopefully he'll post em here

WValtakis WValtakis ... Pretty please show and tell. Thanx in advance for any consideration you give my request!!!
Thanks for information. Absolutely great workmanship. I would definitely like to learn and see more. Cold steel should continue to produce such knives.

This is an incredible knife. I would definitely buy it if I could, but unfortunately I don't live in the us.

That's modified, they didn't come with filework on the lockbar.

But it looked great. Maybe they should have come this way 😁

Well the seller is a talented knife maker who's well known.... I'd imagine he did the file work......Still waiting on Chip to do some engraving on some of his original Cold customs😜......He did a nice job refinishing his Talwar custom....👍👍👍....

He's done a great job. I think we shouldn't be afraid to change knives like this. I am also an amateur knife maker. I never thought of doing something like this. This inspired me. Special thanks to you for sharing this.

Regardless of how well the work may be done, it should be mentioned in the sales ad🤷🏻‍♂️
