Another Firestorm Personal Carry !

This is for a customer. This one has a blade that I forged out at the same time as the last one I posted. But I decided to finish it differently. The blade is more polished (2000 hand rub), guard is oval with a Starburst finish front and rear. Man, that Ringed Gidgee doesn't look like anything good while I'm working it. Get to 400grit and bang ! The figure comes out. That handle has no additional finish to it - just 1500grit and OOOO steel wool. Too bad its SOOOO hard to find. Sorry for the overexposed pic. I think my computer at home had the brightness turned down and I didn't realise it. Thanks for looking. Jason.

I'm REALLY liking the look of these personal carry-type bowies of yours Jason. This one has a terrific swedge and a nice hamon. Great lines overall. Love that gidgee.

I love it. One of these days you are going to have to make a fighter with about a 9" blade just so that I can see if it will look as nice as I think it will.
