  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Title is supposed to be "matching" not "marching". Made an iPhone six sheath to match my other home made ensemble. Comment welcome

What is a good finish to put on my leather to make it 1) softer and more supple in one instances and 2) a shiny finish.

If you want it softer you can use a number of products, neatsfoot and mink oil are good conditioners and so is obenuafs, sno seal, but all of these products make them darker too. Obenaufs and sno seal are a mix of waxes and some other stuff and do an amazing job at waterproofing. If you want a more flexible leather but not darker try Bick 4. Follow it up with some shoe polish.

Nice. If you don't mind me asking, what's that blue circle thing?

For a finish I use BagKote by Fiebings. Have for years. Conditioner try Skidmores or Oakwood
