I hoped he would post this over here but oh well.

I am not sure if it is any good or just a tourist model. The "Nepal 1991" does not gove me confidence. However the handle makes me think factory one. Any help with identifying this would be appreciated.

Looks like just a regular kukri to me. The brass on the handle is common in Nepal. AFAIK the HI Khuk's are the only ones with the flat buttcap.
