I've owned a Kamado cooker for about a year and I'm the king of the grill in my family now. Anyone else here own one?

Go to www.kamado.com . It is the best outdoor cooker on the market. It is made entirely of a ceramic material, with 1 1/2 inch thick walls all the way around. The thing weighs about 350 pounds. You can fill it up with charcoal and it will cook over 24 hours I'm great at making brisket and ribs with it. Crank it up all the way and sear the hell out of a steak at 1000 degrees. Check it out and read the forum while you're there. Bunch of nice guys there that are happy to answer any questions or you can just ask me.
