Anyone else have this problem with Reate?...

I own three Reate knives.
I was considering buying a Jack.

However, I sent them a question, a simple one about purchasing a new pocket clip, for my Valhalla.

I sent one email to them from my personal email address on Sept. 7th.
Approximately a week later, I sent them the same message, on their website.
No reply yet.

Does their customer service leave a lot to be desired...anyone else ever try to reach them, only to be ignored?

Did you use their US based warranty email? I’ll PM you the address. It’s been awhile since I’ve contacted them, but I seem to remember them getting back with me within a couple days.

Jon who runs the Reate USA IG Account answered me within 24 hrs when I messaged him on there. So you can get a hold of them. Might be a case of Spam Folder depending on what your email provider is.
 
I emailed Reate with a question two or so years ago and received a prompt response

I've already heard back from Jon and he sent my request to the factory, as pocket clips are not stocked in the U.S.
