Anyone else matches your knife with your watch?

Dunno if it's just me or others out there... but I like to match my watch with the knife I carry each day... :D

Today it was the Black Hawk watch with the Emerson CQC-12 Comrade.

Yesterday it was the the two-tone Seiko and the William Henry Desert Ironwood, I guess because the brown wood and gold tone go together...

Tomorrow maybe it'll be the Torneau and the Benchmade HK34, with the silver & black combo.

Like the dude in American Psycho where he matches all his stuff in the morning... Except with me it's matching the knife and watch. :cool: Anyone else? What combos are yer favorites?

HA I do the same damn thing, I match my Titanium seiko with my sebbie. Or my movado with my T-12 william Henry. If I am wearin a leather strapped watch I try to wear a wood handledknife or a slipjoint. I wear my fossil watch to work in with my Buck.
 
Well, I have a thing for Titanium, so about half my knives are Titanium. So, on any given day my Titanium Citizen will match since I always have one of the Ti knives on me.

Not really. I have two Freestyle Shark watches, one with a leather strap, chrono, the other with a rubber strap and chrono/digital.
 
I thought about it for a few second to decide if maybe I match my watch to my knife subconsciously, but I don't think I do.

But I do have a watch and pen fetish if that counts.

Umph, now there is a new idea I never thought of. Only one place I know of that you could "offically" pull that off, A gentleman byt the name of Allen Elishewitz. Very fine watchmaker indeed.

Nice pics, Mr.Mojo. I too bought a Beretta model 92 knife to go with my 92FS. They make a great pair. As far as matching my watch to my knife, I strap a Swiss Millitary watch on my wrist and carry a Victorinox SAK in my pocket. It doesn't take much mental effort since the Swiss Millitary watch is the only one that I have that cost over $5 and the cheapies all have dead batteries.

I dont have enough watches (1) or carry pistols (1) to do any sort of matching. I carry alot of knives though, at least 3.
Maybe someday I will have enough watches and pistols to coordinate, but I dont think I would bother.
 
I think I've got you all beat, if I want to carry I can match my S&W watch with my S&W 9mm Sigma or .357Airlite with my S&W knife.
 
I choose my watch to suit the occassion: dress up, every day, beach, range but I always carry a sebenza as my edc
 
I wear my watches and carry my knives according to what I think I'll be doin that day.I'm a housepainter, and you should see my beater knife,and watch! I have a Luminox ultimate field,and a Dozier Ti-lock,brown bone inlays that would go together good,but I aint even bringing them close to the paint van. VCM3
 
Watch? What watch? I stopped wearing one once I got a cell phone. It's kind of hard to match a knife to a cell phone.
