Are there articles from books or magazines which would talk about the Jack Crain Predator knives or the Frost Crane Predator knives? If so can they be viewed over an internet link? Are there opinions as to the quality consistency of the Jack Crain Predator knives over the years? Would such a knife made by Jack Crain in the 1990's be a better made knife than a more recently made version?

I would highly recommend that you do not consider purchasing a knife directly from Jack Crain. His reputation sucks.

jack crain knives are top quality handmade customs,i have many in my collection,the frost machete is cheap replica made of monkey metal!

From all the threads in tgbu I would suggest you not give Mr. Crain any money unless you have the knife you are buying in your hand.
