Ground from 1/16" stock the machete is very light and fast. I gave the blade a custom heat treat of my own recipe, which has been refined over the years. This produces a machete with good toughness and a hard edge to take and hold a very sharp edge. The handle is stabilized bamboo with three Loveless bolts. A custom fitted Kydex scabbard with shoulder strap is included.
