Axe head

Hi... i am new. I just picked up a hewing axe head. It says w. Bingham cleavland and it is about 11 1/4 wide and 8 1/2 deep. Any info such as age, company, should I restore it, on this piece would be greatly appriciated. Thank you.

Thanks for this! To quote old axeman regarding "there are no fat axemen": the lads hewing 10-15 ties per day from scratch (felled timbers) must have been a wiry bunch. Steady effort with saws, axes and cant hooks 10-12 hours a day would have generated hearty appetites to boot.
