The clip point and lack of thumb ramp on the Gunny Scandi (center) may also appeal to some users more than the standard Gunny design (top & bottom).

I didn't realize the supply had dried up on the Scandi model. I don't see it on Bark River's current production schedule. You may have to wait awhile for another run, if there ever is one, or keep an eye out on the exchange here.
 
Bark river does everything in runs, usually of around 300 or so depending on the model as I understand. They just haven't done a scandi run in a little while, you may be able to find one on the secondary market. Its doesn't seem to be planned for another run anytime too soon.
 
I wouldn't expect to see them again.

Keep in mind any Bark River model can have the ramp taken off and the point modified if those were features you wanted.
