Not sure on the regular Mikro's but the two Mikro II's I have say on the box
that they are Sanvik 12C27

Overall length is about 5 1/2"
blade is about 2 1/2"
which leaves 3" for the handle

A2 steel and the overall length is about 6" long
from end of handle to tip is about 2 3/4" long
