Battery question for SAK Traveller and others with Digital scales

Purchased a SAK Traveller and bought a new battery (CR1225). All of the digital readings work, but am not able to light up the digital display as I am getting a "NoLight" message meaning that there is not enough voltage. Was wondering if others have had similar issues. Should I try a new/fresh battery or should I contact Victorinox?

Yep, it was another battery (cr1225) that fixed it for me:thumbsup:
