Not sure if this is the right place for some help on this, but any help in identifying this bayonet would be greatly helpful. By the marking on the blade I'm pretty sure it is Japanese but beyond that I haven't found much. Also any idea on the value would be great too. Thanks in advance for any input...

Fair enough, the value isn't necessarily important and I wasn't trying to step on any toes involving the site. But any identification help would be appreciated. Not trying to be lazy there just aren't many markings to go off of on this item.

Looks like a Japanese Type 30 bayonet. The three circles indicate it was made in the Tokyo Arsenal prior to 1936, or the Kokura Arsenal 1936-1945, according to Fred L. Honeycutt, Jr's book "Military Rifles of Japan. I believe it was also the inspiration for the British SMLE Bayonet. John
