Just got back from a few days at the beach. The beach is always a good place for me to test out various knives batoning, carving and various other camp related duties. My ultra thin Big Chris 10v woodcrafter was great fun to use and carve with during the trip. Also carried and used a Spyderco Pacific Salt for light use and a James Terrio 5" fixed blade for heavier use including batoning.

Very nice scenery.
Hope it was a good trip.
It's nice to see that WoodCrafter still getting some use.

Thanks for sharing.

It's a great knife with awesome slicing and carving ability. Also really straightforward to resharpen with a DMT sharpening system and loaded strop.

To clarify the first pic, I methodically carved that piece of driftwood to remove the limb and took it home. It will live on with me vs. being burned in a fire or being swept back out to sea. Maybe more importantly, no hacking or batoning was performed with the woodcrafter. [emoji846]
