Becker East Fall 2016 Gathering

Had a great time as always. Big thanks to Ethan for opening his home and being such a gracious host.

Glad I filled up at Sloans... Lots of places were out of gas on the way home. Although I can make it home I figured I should fill up before it gets worse. Finally after taking a third exit as far from civilization as I could get between cities, found it, about an hour from home. Then of course as I'm almost home, both gas stations near the house were fine... for now

heading west, I had no problems finding fuel.
had a blast - took no pictures, so I must not have been there. ;)
tired now.
smoke & prayers for those of you who need it, enjoyed seeing everyone who was there, wish those of you who couldn't make it could have.

Got rained on for 150 miles of my 550 round trip, but it was worth it. Thanks for opening up your home to me, E, and it was nice to meet many of you.

Sorry I missed you guys this round. Spark, sorry I missed you as well and sorry for your weather - but at least it adds to the adventure!

E, Joey & I will do everything possible to make the next one ... or at least I'll send Joey! ;)

So, anyone gonna post any photos?

Made it home yesterday afternoon, and hit the chill/hibernate button until earlier today. As always I had a great time and arrived at home too tired to smile any longer. A huge thanks to Uncle E. and all those who make it happen. And fear not, brother Dubz. I have a scant few pics to post hopefully tomorrow at some point (once I make sure they are bereft of any uncouth gestures or utensils), and there were a few cell phones snapping away as well as other photo capture devices that i'm certain will show up shortly.

Tanks mon.

That's all I got. I wish I would have snapped a couple pics of archery, and shooting up on the ridge.

Spark - it was good meeting you, and good to hear you were out of the area before the weather system set in.

Ok, so Picture (s) might have been a bit of an unintentional exaggeration... but I'm really more of a tinkerer than a photographer :p

Here's the few i remembered to snap:
