Dinner tonight: DeBragga steaks (a strip and a ribeye), garlic/cumin asparagus, and air fired tatter tots.
 
I’ll gladly flex in the kitchen for you any time. :)
 
Thank you, Xr6x. I like to cook in general and I did a lot of reading about the smoker before hand. There’s a lot of good advice online about flavor profiles and using different wood types. Today I used applewood.
