I was sorting my horde recently. I don't recall accumulating all that. They've got to be breeding!

In the boxes in the lower right are a few extra discontinued BK's, including a BK20, all NIB.
That was an experiment from a couple of years ago to see if the Zytel pastel-colored scales could be dyed.
Using RIT dye, I first tried to dye the Pink scales Orange. Hardly made a difference.
Next I tried dyeing them Red and it worked, somewhat, but only after hours of soaking in hot dye.

GeofS what's the inside of the 1117 Micarta look like? Curious if there cut like the 11 scales or do they have some sort of separate spacers
