apparently, that's his " ash tray". It holds his cigarette while he sits outside & scribes the blade profile on the scales

I remember a one-off variant from Blade 2016... It was a larger sized blade than the Big Sneaky... Shown here bottom row on the right between the Fighter and the Bishop.
