Belt Knife

I've only heard of Bowen doing belt buckle knives.

I think it's more of a novelty item because your pants are going to go loose once you draw the knife lol.

Not necessarily. I had a friend a number of years ago who carried and used one on a regular basis. No problems with the pants falling. Depends on how it deploys.

I'd be more worried about legalities. Belt buckle knives are illegal in some areas. Mine, for one.
 
I have one of these. Was quite expensive at the time I got it. Not really quality steel, but the F&F is nice and the idea original when it first came out:
