Cleaned up this well used and abused 9051 for my brother. Oiled, sand blasted, heat Cerikote applied, sharpened and added 550 paracord.

Looks great, i'd be proud to carry that thing after you got done with it.

Thanks guys. My brother says he wants to shelf it now but I told him to just carry on as usual. It's made to be used.

That coating should be pretty resistant to scratching but if he does manage to mess it up, you can just re-coat it! That thing is far to cool to NOT be carried!

That looks fantastic man. Great job. I wish I could get a manual AFO as it is such a perfect knife IMO. I just don't want to get in trouble for carrying an auto.

AFOs are meant to be carried, I got mine pre-safety pre-clip, so I always carried it in a sheath, I have a mini-reflex I got at the same time that I put an old Spyderco Clip on it. Both really great knives.

Lol, that would be sweet with a bronze AR. I saw the knife today after my brother had it for a while. I was surprised to see it still looking fantastic. I will give it some time and check it again. My brother takes care of nothing. He is the perfect candidate to see how something holds up over time.
