I recently reviewed the Benchmade Bugout. I really enjoyed carrying and using this knife, it disappears in the pocket and is a joy to carry at under 2 ounces. And even though it's lightweight you still get over 3" in blade length making it very usable for most EDC scenarios. The ergos, fit and finish, and action are all good. There is a slight bit of grittiness in the action but nothing major. Overall I found the Bugout to be a great knife.

I love mine too and I had the same problem with a gritty feeling so I took it apart and gave it a cleaning and a drop of lube and now she free swings like a pendulum. It's so lightweight that I have forgot about it clipped in my pocket and ran it threw the wash more than once. I do that often Lol .
