The only Bugout I'm aware that came stock with a Damasteel blade was the Titanium (blue) geolocation marked model. Could you elaborate on this please. If you have the original box, if you could include a pic of the label end it would help greately.

This one I bought it. Before cover 19.from Benchmade. I just don’t have the box. I thought I will carry it for rest of my life. But right now i still carrying my zt 0566. That why. I’m selling it.

Looks legit to me, although def not the geo-location scales, though. Those are blue. There are a few other rare variants out there in the wild with this setup, and this looks to be one of them, IMO. However If you don’t want those titanium scales (the OG ones currently on the knife), I’d take em.
