Benchmade Kitchen knives?

They are nicely executed, vary handy and perfectly balanced.
After some thinking with cool head I decided that this item is definitely not for me.
Do you want to know why? Its easy! If I would have these knives it would be close to impossible to get me out of my kitchen and my belly would grow and grow and grow. My wife says that it grows even actually like if I would be pregnant...

Yes I saw and handled the kitchen knives at the OKCA show in late April. I had the good fortune to speak with the engineer that designed them too.
They are quite well balanced and as you can (barely) see in Serg's photo - the top of the line ones come with a carbon fiber bolster. Don't recall the steel type, but wouldn't be surprised if the standard models were 154CM and high end ones maybe S30V?
I asked about the price and got an estimate of the $400 for the high end set (MSRP).
For me, they were low on the bang for the buck quotient, but for some they may just fill the bill.
