Hey guys, I've always like my bigger knives, especially for heavy camp chores and such. I've never really thought about benchmade in this sense until recently.

I was watching bladesports chopping competitions on youtube, and I noticed BM was a main sponsor, with many knives being used by competitors.

I went on benchmades website, and I couldn't find any large fixed blades or anything resembling a chopper. I checked out BladeHQ and they had one comp cutter model, but seems long discontinued. Is this correct? Do they no longer make any large fixed blades?

Thanks in advance

Yea, the chopper is discontinued. It's a fat slab of uncoated M4.
Benchmade really does not have a large fixed blade in their lineup.
There is the Marc Lee Glory Knife but its not for batoning.
