Benchmade latch screw missing!

Since I bought my first Benchmade 42 from KnifeZilla its had its latch screw missing. I'm defintely, positively sure that it was missing when I very first got it because it wasn't all that long ago. I've always thought something should be there and since my friend has got his first Benchmade 42 (from KnifeZilla also) my fears have been confirmed. The picture below shows me and my friends Balisong. Mines the one with that giant gaping hole near the latch on the left and my friend's on the right.

I really need one of these screws, the knife looks and feels so incomplete without it. Any ideas how I could get hold of one?

Btw - I live in the UK so any ideas involving the knife being shipped anywhere probarly aren't good ones.

is the latch still working properly? i mean, is it all loose or anything, or is it just like your friend's latch, only missing the screw? does the latch pin fall out?

have you tried to mail josh at knifezilla? maybe he can help you out - he's a very nice and helpfull man!

No need to go through Josh or send in your knife. Simply email Benchmade's warranty dept. Tell them you need a set of screws. They'll send you two pivot pins and one latch pin free of charge no questions asked. They'll also get'em to you pretty fast. But then again your in the UK. Representing ya!

You don't happen to have the Benchmade warrenty e-mail address do you?

The latch should continue to work, as the female portion of the latch screw, the one that actually holds the latch, is pressed fit in, and would require some effort to get it out. I'm sure BM would just send you the screws to replace the missing one.
 
Someone called Angie from the Benchmade repair department replied and said she'll mail me the screws by Friday :)
