I just cans decide which blade shape I prefer. Also wish they came in g-10
Yeah I am most likely going go get the mini grip from benchmade and then upgrading the scales but doing that is so expensive. The new 2013 grip is going to have g-10 but I like the miniWell in that case its all personal preference. I prefer the ritter because it it a better slicer with its high flat grind. As for scales, you can always have a custom set made. I've got a set of custom carbon fiber micarta scales from cuscadi on my cpm-m4 ritter mini and its one of the edc knives ive ever used.

Just an fyi, I believe only the shot shot limited edition will feature g10 handles, as far as i know the standard grip models for 2013 will still feature their noryl gtx and valox handles.
Oh okay good to know thanks. Guess ill have to save up for those custom g-10s
Yeah just to me I don't really need it and I found a min grip for 60 dollars and couldn't justify spending an extra 50 bucks. The custom scales are nice though!I like the Ritter blade shape better.
If the did the hole and sheepsfoot with high grind in s30v as a Ritter exclusive, I'd be on it.
However, I prefer the sheepsfoot blade. But I also prefer the high grind and s30v on the Ritter.
I've owned both and really like both.
Pick up the one you like the most first, and then maybe go on and get the other later on down the road?
You could also have a custom Mini Grip made.
Yeah I'm going with the mini grip first because I found it for 60 dollars and can justify spending the money on the g-10 scales at that point I don't know if you all know who tufftthumbz is but I'm going to see how much he would charge.
I sent tuffthumbz an email to see what his price was and if I would have to send my knife in our not those are my deciding factorsWith all of the intricate milling on the inside of the scales I'd be willing to bet tuffthumbz would charge similar to cuscadi and wilkins (possibly even more since hes a one man operation and does it as a hobby, not as a primary job). With that said, if you're interested in a full pimp job (scales, blade finish, grind, milling, etc.) then tuffthumbz may be the way to go. So-Lo would also be someone to get a hold of. Another thing to think about is that so-lo and tuffthumbz would likely need you to send them your knife, wilkins and cuscadi will just send you the scales for you to install yourself.
Do you know how much Wilkins or cuscadi would charge?
