I'm a little surprised that there hasn't been more discussion around these new knives from Benchmade. I just ordered the large Adira (pictured) after seeing the review of the entire line by Knifecenter. Hell, almost had to, given the price for what you're getting. A large slab of MagnaCut with Grivory handles in a very pleasant, might even say "public friendly" color, and I like the overall shape of the knife. Sure, it's still a little more expensive than it should be, but everything is.

If the knife shows up and is everything I'm hoping it will be from the pictures, I plan on picking up the smaller Adira, as well as that small EDC fixed blade model as well. The prices are much less egregious than Benchmade has been charging lately, so I wanted to speak with my dollars because I do still like Benchmade. I have (and have had) many BM knives over the years, many of which I still own and love, so I am expecting that this knife will be no different. We shall see!

Anyone else have anything in the Water line catch their eye?

I definitely like the looks of it, though I don’t know if I can justify jumping on it to myself just yet. But I am a fickle knife boy.

I handled on at the local knife shop 2 weeks ago..

Adamas sized bailout thin is about the best I can sum it up.

I'm a big fan of both of those knives, so I am guessing I'm going to like this one. I'll come back to this thread with some in-hand pics and a quick review once I receive it for sure.

Almost talked myself out of these, until I read this. An AWT scale swap would be sick.

It has been a pretty quiet release, but it has been on my watch list since I learned of its existence. Look forward to reading more

I have a few Spydie Salts for watersports and like BM so these are on my radar. Id like to handle one first but i am in.

My eyes are on the Mini. The handle shape is a welcome change from the mainly same old same old. The Adira could be the bee's knees.

Next week the incorporated company that sells recreational equipment is having their biggest sale of the year.

Caught my eye as well but will wait until it’s in my local shop to see how it feels in hand. Looks good overall! I wonder how the axis lock would hold up after salt water exposure. I imagine they thought this through but salt water loves to destroy everything.

Got mine in hand, and in short: I love it. I have the large, and it essentially answers the question I've always had: What if a fullsize Adamas came with a thinner, better slicing blade? I will post pics later, as I've gotten some good comparison shots. The large is very similar in dimensions to the large Adamas. Also, I'm going to say it in the positive spirit I mean this: this knife feels like a knife that Benchmade would make if they were trying to make a knife that looks like it could have been a Cold Steel model. The ergos of the large fit my rather large mitts perfectly.

All in all, I am planning to get the small after BLADE. These are a worthy expenditure of the money.

Oh be Quiet... :D

The little intersect fixed blade caught my eye, but I'm not sure how well that Santoprene holds up over time.

I also like the look of the Adira, I just wish that point was dropped a bit lower.

I can't help but notice that most places seem to be charging MSRP for this line too.

The Intersect is a practical looking one for sure...

My son in law just won the mini at an office party. Doesn’t even carry. Figures.
