Best paring or utility knives for money...

I love paring knives,and use them in kitchen often,have opinel,victorinox and wusthoff paring knives.What i need is longer 4,5-5 inches utility paring knife for general food prep.Any recomendation thats not too expensive,i looked at victorinox mini chef 5 inch kn8fe,seems pretty good.All sugestions are welcome.Also any suggestions for 4-6inch serrated utility knife (my mother cant sharpen,so when im away for long time,she needs something for food prep.I have 4 inch victorinox serrated paring knife on order but would need something sturdier too)

Victorinox 4 inch serrated and plain edge parers are some of best for money,i also have wusthof paring knives,theyre very thin and steel harder than victorinox,theyre pretty good and amazing cutters.Cut myself with wusthof 3 x in 2 days since i sharpened it.

Messermeister looks good too.I have to try some Japanese 4,5-5 inch knives.

I have a few victorinox knives in my kitchen. Great quality for the price.
