I tried searching forums but its not working now. So anyways whats best place online to buy it. I asked my local gun shop they dont stock it.

Thanks

Believe it or not Benchmade sells it. Also there are several vendors and knife dealers on Ebay that sell it. Also I do believe that I have bought some in the Past from Millitec themselves. They also have a synthetic grease that is really superb. GOOD LUCK

Lots of online shops sell it. My favorite store Newgraham sells it. It's probably best to add it to an order you're already making, since the shipping will cost as much as the bottle.

When looking for some, I checked about half a dozen gun stores around town, and only a couple had even heard of it (none carried it).

That's because you didn't read the search engine FAQ.

Yes I did it was not connecting at the time but now its working. Thanks though ;)

Also I was going to order from Benchmade but they are backordered. I'm looking for the fastest place to get it. I guess I will try New Graham. It seems alot of people on here order from them.
Thank you all.

Snap. I don't want to criticize Miltec since I have never used it. This is because I use Breakfree CLP which I buy in the 1gallon size and put into smaller spray bottles. I use it on everything steel in the shop and house. I started using it to keep my guns clean and rust free and carried it over to my knives. I'm obviously biased towards CLP but thats because it works very well for my purposes.

Here is some info about the corrosion resistence of Miltec versus other lubricants. It is a tough test done by an engineer.

If you can't find the Mitec or find it at a decent price you might try another of the products listed in the test.\

I think you will find that Militec is one of the best lubricants around but they do not claim to be a metal protectant or conditioner. For most pocket knives you do not need a protectant so much as you want a lubricant unless your carrying high carbon steel knives that will rust/ corrode fast compared to stainless steels.

For Militec's intended purpose and used correctly it is great stuff.

As DGG said above CPL work very well for knives and Truth be known any old lube around the house will work fine for a pocket knife also such as WD-40, with your pocket knife your not looking at high speed, great pressures or any industrial kind of wear on the knife just some opening and closing friction and some protection against rust that won't come easy on knife anyway.

For daily use knives I like Militec for long term storage I like Sentry products like Sentry Tuf Glide.
