better beltsander?

I was browsing craigslist and saw this belt sander here, and I was wondering if anybody thought it would be an upgrade from the 2 x 42in craftsman I'm using now.

Either way you will still have a 2 wheel machine instead of a 3 wheel like a KMG. You could however easily turn it into a small horizontal grinder.
