Love your picture Rob. My daughter had her wedding at Buffalo Trace this year and John is one of my favorite makers.

It’s not open yet but I’m going finish out 2017 here in Texas with something special from here.
Glad you like the beers we are producing here. We do have a great selection of breweries here but I hate to say it but I have had a few that aren't worth having again, Shiner being one of them. IMHO about the only thing brewed by Shiner that's worth drinking is the Kosmos.I've never had a bad beer brewed in Texas Mitt and I love a dopplebock
They make some good bourbon and they give a great tour. One of mine and my wife's favorite winter drinks is a hot chocolate with some Buffalo Trace bourbon cream.

Karbach is good but I got to say I like Peticolas and Real Ale better. Real Ale makes one of the best Belgian-style tripels I have had. Everything I have had by Peticolas has been dangerously good. That looks like a tasty Texas brew I'd like to try.
Overall, I'm a fan of Karbach's stuff.

I think I'll counter that with a world class bourbon from the Hill Country.
